For someone calling into to listen to your voice box have them dial (641) 715-3900 and they will be instructed to enter your extension number followed by the # key. Simple. When you are creating your outgoing message it is important for you to detail what you would like the listener to do when they are finished hearing your message. If you have decided to let them leave a message, then we suggest you ask them to leave a message after they hear the tone and to hit the # key when they are finished. The system will provide them with some other options at that point. Final note, the system will allow the caller to skip to the end of the outgoing greeting if they hit any key during the message. This is great if all they want to do is to leave you a message. If you want, you must let the callers know this. To access the administration mode, enter your extension followed the * instead of the # key. You will be prompted to enter your password, then hit the # key.

Managing Your Voicebox *
Administrative Mode Feature Keys to record your name. to manage your greeting. to change your password. to either turn recording on or off. to listen to your messages. Record Your Name Mode - 1 to save your name. to listen to your name. to discard and re-record your name. Manage Your Greeting - 2 to change your greeting. to listen to your message. to re-record your message.             After you have changed your greeting you must hit 1 to save. Listen to Your Messages to disable. to play again. go to next message. go to previous message. get date and time of call.. go to main menu.		Web Based Features Email notification The system will email you when you get new messages. You can either call to hear your messages or your can link to the administration page to access them directly. Administration You must login into your voice box from the main page. In this area you will be able to view and edit your account information, your messages and to get the appropriate link information for the RSS and Podcast features. Other Features To change your passcode - 3 key The system will instruct you to enter your new password followed by the # key. It will have you enter it again to confirm. Message taking feature - 4 key This is an on or off control. Each time you hit 4, it will change it. While a greeting or message is playing, and is longer than 60 seconds, you can use the following controls: reverse for 30 seconds. skip forward for 30 seconds. press to pause, press again to resume. skip to the end of the greeting.
